Amy of Brisbane Grief Counselling offers gentle, honest support for people navigating grief, loss, and life’s big transitions. With over 15 years’ experience across the Coronial System and hospital settings, Amy brings deep understanding, compassion, and a calm, judgement-free space where you can speak openly and feel truly heard.
Amy is especially passionate about supporting parents and mothers through fertility challenges, pregnancy after loss, and parenting through grief. As a Master Breathwork Instructor, she also helps clients regulate their nervous system, using breath as a grounding tool for healing, resilience, and presence.
